Within the scope of the "Overcoming Barriers Together" project, funded by the EU Erasmus+ Programme (project number 2024-1-TR01-KA182-SPO-000219156), an online preparatory meeting was held via Zoom to better prepare participants for the mobility period. All participants in the project attended the meeting. During the meeting, information was provided about Poland's cultural structure, social life, and working environment, enabling participants to gain basic cultural awareness of the country they would be visiting. In addition, basic language phrases and vocabulary lists that can be used in daily life were shared with the participants to facilitate communication during the mobility period. Through this meeting, participants were informed in advance about the program content, the institutions to be visited, and the activity plan, aiming to ensure they participated in the mobility process prepared.
Prior to the project mobility, an online preparatory meeting was held via Zoom to help participants better prepare for the process.
